We’re a national network of over 3,000 free, peer-led workouts designed for men. Our mission? To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. Translation: we’re more than just a workout group. We focus on building friendships and helping each other become better men.
Time: Most workouts start at 5:30 a.m. (some even earlier, but don’t worry, we have 7:00 a.m. options on Saturdays).
Duration: 45 minutes.
Location: Always outside—usually at parks or schools. Check our locations page to find a spot near you.
Yes! No fees, no memberships, no strings attached. All you need is the willingness to show up and give it your best effort.
F3 is open to all men, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Our participants range from teenagers to men in their 60s and beyond. It’s all about pushing yourself, not competing with others.
Faith in F3 means believing in something bigger than yourself. This isn’t tied to any religion, though some members may share spiritual reflections. Think of it as food for the soul, not a recruitment pitch.

Let us know you’re coming: Contact the group’s leader via email (optional, but helpful).
Set your alarm: Early mornings come fast. Don’t let this chance slip away.
Show up: Bring a smile, an open mind, and maybe a pair of gloves.
Start on time, end on time. We warm up together, work hard, and finish strong—no one gets left behind.
Variety: You’ll do a mix of running, push-ups, burpees, sit-ups, and sometimes use fun props like cinder blocks or rocks. Each workout is led by a peer who’s doing it with you.
Outdoor focus: Expect “The Gloom,” our affectionate name for the early morning quiet under the stars. Bring gloves if you’re concerned about asphalt or grass.
Modify as needed: Whether you’re a fitness pro or haven’t worked out in years, you’ll find your own pace. No judgment—just encouragement.
Get your nickname: At the end of your first workout, the group will circle up and christen you with an F3 name.
Join the community: We ar eusing Slack to stay connected. You’ll get an invite to join.
Come back: Consistency is key. Try different locations and workouts to find what fits best.
Bring a friend: The more, the merrier. Everyone is welcome.
